My son bought a huge spool of water line from Worly's and asked me to come pick it up. We soon realized it wasn't going to fit in my vehicle, so he asked me to wait at Worly's with the water line while he went to get a truck.
4pm came and my son wasn't back yet and they were closing. One employee said he was getting ready to close the gate. I asked him if he could wait a little longer until my son got back with the truck. He asked how long that would be, so I called my son said he said he was 5 minutes out. The employee said no problem he would wait until my son so was able to get their. I don't get to Delaware very often for my plumbing company but its nice to know that these knowledgeable folks are there when I need parts. They didn't have everything that I needed but sent me directly to their rep for the what they lacked so I am very pleased and will be back.

First time I ever stopped in there. First impress is, its nothing pretty. Could use a face lift and modernized. However, don't just a book by its cover. I believe it was Mark that helped me. He was very nice, understood exactly what I needed and recommended a change to my plans, that I took and used. I asked him some questions and I felt he gave his honest opinion and he seemed very willing to help. Excellent customer service, good prices, and helpful, I'll be returning to them for my plumbing needs.
