Tim from Emergency Plumbing and. Heating came to our home today to troubleshoot problems with our AC. He quickly narrowed the problem down and gave us several reasonable options, all for the price of a service call. He was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly very competent in his trade. We will definitely use this company again.
Luis and Jacob M. were very clear about what was happening. They fixed the issue and gave me tips to prevent it from happening again. Very happy, as always, with Emergency Plumbing!
I have had this company out twice. I love them. Good service, good communication, they educated me. All of which I appreciated so so very much. The guys were great that came out to check on the sump pump, and my pipe. Seth and Jacob. I felt comfortable talking to them and they were easy to understand. Very knowledgeable. Kudos. Good group. I also had Chris out to work on my air conditioner, he checked things out thoroughly, he also educated me on my thermostat and my air conditioning and venting system. Both sets did an awesome job.
