6 stars. Not enough superlatives. Imagine waking up at 1 am on the 4th of July which was also the hottest day of the year with the temps soaring above 80˚ inside. I called everyone who claimed to have 24/7 AC services and begged. And while I did hear back from most of them 2 days later, only Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air took me seriously with a real person Ashley to guide me. So at 1:45 am on the 4th of July, Ashley got Kenny to come out to my house. Kenny arrived 45 minutes later, assessed and repaired and I was back in bed with the AC running at 3:15 am. My most recent visit with Seth and Ben was very productive. They were professional and helpful. They installed a new toilet and problem solved another issue with our bath sink hookup. Thanks guys!
Emergency Plumbing, Heating, and Air has been taking care of my non emergency and emergency plumbing for the last 25+ years. Great customer service. I just signed up for the septic maintenance plan. Colton came out for an inspection and was very knowledgeable about septic tanks and I feel great with our plan of action.
