6 stars. Not enough superlatives. Imagine waking up at 1 am on the 4th of July which was also the hottest day of the year with the temps soaring above 80˚ inside. I called everyone who claimed to have 24/7 AC services and begged. And while I did hear back from most of them 2 days later, only Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air took me seriously with a real person Ashley to guide me. So at 1:45 am on the 4th of July, Ashley got Kenny to come out to my house. Kenny arrived 45 minutes later, assessed and repaired and I was back in bed with the AC running at 3:15 am. Emergency Plumbing, Heating, and Air has been taking care of my non emergency and emergency plumbing for the last 25+ years. Great customer service. I just signed up for the septic maintenance plan. Colton came out for an inspection and was very knowledgeable about septic tanks and I feel great with our plan of action.
