Mitch was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during our HVAC inspection. He took the time to walk me through our HVAC system, ductwork, and AC unit and gave me a clear breakdown of what to expect, what should be addressed immediately, and what to keep in mind down the road. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated the detailed information and left feeling very comfortable with what I was told. I would definitely recommend Mitch and Delaware Heating & Air!
They did a great job, protected our floors, carefully removed and brought in the new and old furnace, air conditioner and lines. Explained what they planned to do replacement was surprisingly pretty quiet and where nice to our dog. They did a great job and we are very happy o have a cool house again.
Without our A/C running, it was miserable in our house. The technician was very professional, answering all our questions and offering great advice for how we can keep our system running efficiently for years to come. It’s working even better than before and we couldn’t be happier!
