I was in town for a conference and hadn't had an adjustment in over a month. I took a chance visitn Dr Arif and I'm glad I did! He took my past medical records into account and gave my spine ad adjustment that felt just like the Chiro i have been going to at home for the past 2 years! I recommend giving Dr Arif a chance if you are in Dayton and/or the surrounding area.
