Great Job! Went in for an air leak in a steer tire. Quickly found an obscure crack in my rim, that I couldn’t visualize with my wheel on the truck. Staff were friendly and efficient. Got me in and out faster than I expected. Shout out to Travis, who took excellent care of my truck!
I asked if they could fix my trailer ABS. I was told there were 5 people ahead of me but they could look at it after that. I waited 4 hours (which i was expecting). When they called to tell me it was my turn they verified it was the trailer ABS. I pull in and they inform me they do not have the equipment to diagnose trailer ABS. By this time most other shops are closed and as soon as I pulled out of my parking spot, someone pulled into. What a waste of 4 hours.
Never in my life pulled up a mechanic shop at loves and have to wait 7 hours to get 1 tire replaced on a trailer when it’s only 4 trucks ahead . Like what are they doing hiring mechanics with no experience working on big rigs ? Don’t have the right tools ? Two people working and it’s extra slow to repair simple common issues
