The early morning of 3/13/24 we woke up to find half our home without electricity. The breakers were fine I could not find a. reason for the outage. About 9am I called SVE based on many positive reviews we saw. I spoke to Mackenzie and Even though we were new customers she said someone would be here by 10a. On time Everett and Aaron arrived. After explaining issues we had been have with a closet light, installed last year by another electric service, he found the ground wires were improperly secured and it was affecting our service. As soon as he redid the ground wire everything worked. Everette also took time to look at our breaker box that was installed in the 60’s and other places we have had electrical issues. He made recommendations and quotes for that work. This is without exception the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. We will definitely be using SVE for other work at our home. The pricing is very reasonable and the SVE staff all left very positive impressions with us. We highly recommend you contact them for your service needs.

Singer Vaughn came out several weeks ago to do various small electric projects I had kept kicking down the road. Needed to interconnect my smoke detectors, add a light in the dressing room, connecting lights in the attic and adding some outlets in the garage. They had everything done is just a few hours, and I regret not having them out years ago to cross it off my list. The price was very fair for the amount of work done and the fact they had to climb through the attic and insulation. I was a bit worried about the potential mess that was going to be made when they had to drill a hole in the attic for the new light. When I came home there was not a speck of dust or insulation anywhere to be found. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. Great experience working with this team.
