From beginning to the end the process of getting an entire roof replacement was painless. It’s a pretty big project, but I didn’t feel like it was. The communication between Sean and myself was smooth- he kept me in the loop and prioritized me as a customer. The work crew gave it their all. I also asked that the crew be scrupulous with cleanup- I have small children and was concerned about loose debris and nails. I didn’t find anything after they left, you’d never know they had even been at my house! Thanks for top notch customer service, punctuality and communication!

After dealing with some shady roofing companies, I was hesitant to trust anyone. Roof Smart gained my trust immediately by giving me more info up front than any other company. Sean explained what would happen each step of the way and when I needed help dealing with the insurance company, he was a wealth of knowledge. Day of installation, workers arrived early and worked hard all day. I have absolutely no complaints.

Working with Roof Smart has been an absolute pleasure. I had Jesse's number saved from work done at an old property about 2 years ago. He made the process in that insurance claim so easy for such an otherwise terrible experience on the insurance side. He fought back and forth with them until we got what we deserved in a new roof. Fast forward to now, storm damage from our neighbors tree taking down some old cable wires brought attention to our roof after a strong overnight storm about a month back. I called Jesse and he was out to take a look next day. Said there was significant damage to the roof and to file a claim. Claim was approved in a much smoother and easier process...read full review
