I came in today feeling quite defeated with my hair. Rayna worked some serious magic in under 4 hours. From faded teal to a gorgeous red. In addition to the service, she (in my opinion obviously) has the perfect amount of talking to quiet time. which I usually find to be a huge issue. it's always too much talking and my social battery drains out, it's so silent it's awkward. 10/10 experience as always.
