We had an excellent experience with Tad from Radon Technology, who handled the installation of our mitigation system. From the moment he arrived, Tad was thorough and professional. He walked me through the entire process, explained each step clearly, and made sure I understood how the system would work. Before drilling, he carefully measured everything to ensure the placement was both effective and visually clean. Tad’s attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism truly stood out.
Tad explained in detail what he was doing to install the motor and checking to be sure it was working properly. Of course there was an issue with the pipe. He had to cut it and pea gravel fell out. He was able to vacuum it out and that solved the problem.
Thank you Trey for doing a great job especially volunteering to come in on a weekend on your day off so that we didn’t need to wait two weeks. Highly recommended for their business!
