Tim came out and presented a great affordable package for my new Carrier heat and AC unit. The company honored the special advertised in the reach jmagazine. Technicians Kurt and Kurt did the insulation less than 8 hours. Great job!! For the price and type of unit I received im truly satisfied and would recommend.

My furnace stopped working suddenly and I was facing a frigid week ahead with temperatures hitting 0 Fahrenheit and wind chills at approximately 10 to 20 below 0. I was super stressed out and put my three space heaters and my gas fireplace to work. Didn’t get much sleep over the weekend but I left a message for Quality Heating and A/C services on Brandt Pike and on Monday morning, Lina (super nice and professional) scheduled someone out to my house within three hours. Harold worked on my furnace for 15 minutes, found the problem, cleaned the flame sensor, took out the component that was clogged causing the furnace failure, cleaned it, put it back together in just... read full review
