“It is unfortunate that Mr. Bishop feels he had a bad experience with TJs Pets On Wheels. We agreed to a Meet and Greet which is where we determine if we can accept a job and if the pets and us are compatible. After discovering that Mr Bishop lived out of our service range we called and let him know and cancelled the Meet and Greet the next day. We put the pets first so taking on jobs too far away takes time away from us giving all the pets the attention they need.”
