My first experience with Fox cleaners has been rather disappointing.I called and inquired about the price to clean a comforter back in December. I was told it was half off until the end of the year. When I brought the comforter, and they said no, it's down, you actually have to pay full price. Okay, I wish someone would have made that clear.Then my comforter, unfortunately, was not done on time. It took three calls to the Huber Heights store and one call to the Main Street store to figure out where it was. Came today to no change in the changer, a man in a black truck comes in every Sunday and gets about 50 dollars worth of quarters, which hurts the patrons of the laundry mat.Also the heat felt like I was in the middle of the Sahara, it was so hot! There was a large puddle of soap in the floor, overall it was a mess!
