Hello, my name is Kristin. I have been working for Options for about 5 months now. I absolutely love that they gave me a chance to switch to a new profession with just a little experience. They gave me a chance and now I love what I do for a living. I am always up for a challenge and I try my absolute best at caring for my patients(clients). I guess it makes me feel as if I were caring for my own loved one. It can be challenging at times, but I feel like I’m not only employed, but I’m also doing something that I love and never knew it was an option for a job.
As the Director of Options Home Services, Dayton, I am amazed at the level of care and consideration the management team has for their employees and most of all their clients. This company goes way above and beyond the expectations I have witnessed as a former employee of two of the larger Home Care Companies. Very friendly and accepting! Although I just started working here, it’s very inviting and accommodating! The hours are flexible and allow me to care for my personal and professional needs!
