We lost both of our parents with 9 days. Going through this very emotional and challenging times was not easy. The staff at Newcomers from the first call, to the team picking up the bodies to the meeting with Kathryn the funeral director couldn't have been any better. They are very professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. I would truly recomend Newcomers to anyone.

As soon as I found out my dad had stage 4 pancreatic cancer, I called Newcomer and spoke with John Hines. They gave him 8-12 weeks to live but he was able to last 8 months. During that time I kept in constant contact with John and asked what the first step would be when he passed, because I live in Vandalia but my dad lived about 100 miles away. John just told me to call him when it happened and he would arrange everything, regardless what time it was. It was around 6:00pm on a Saturday, and John didn’t disappoint.
