The staff, including Dr. Sarah, Marissa, and Susan, are described as incredible, patient, and helpful in addressing the needs of their patients. They go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, even when faced with unexpected issues, such as incorrectly done lenses or broken frames. The dr is nice and explains everything well. The assistant and receptionist are kind. Dont expect to get your glasses in a timely matter. Dont listen to the text, call before coming all the way first to make sure they are ready for pickup and dont need reordered again for the second time.
Great experience at the Oakwood location. It hadn’t been like this the past two visits, but the new staff is fabulous. Quinn was very helpful and answered all my questions about procedures and billing at the beginning of my appt while Kaily was very pleasant and knowledgeable during my checkout experience.
Efficiency in all areas from how easy it was to make an appointment, the timely appointment reminder, the exam, and the selection of lenses.
I have been going for years. Will continue to do so.
