We called Kirkwood to check out our AC since it wasn’t blowing cold air. 2 of our neighbors praised their service and integrity. The technician was very honest and gave us several options to resolve the issue. He noticed the current unit we had was too big for our existing air duct returning to the furnace/blower and causing our 12 year old unit to work extra hard, which in turn reduced it’s life. We decided to get a new unit and have our duct expanded to accommodate the same size unit. The technician and Brad Kirkwood also explained to us about filter types and MERV ratings and how they can hamper the inflow of air and also about the new federal guidelines concerning refrigerant. They did a fantastic job installing in about 7 hours and were very professional and clean! Highly recommend their services!

Good workmanship. Company does the little things like covering carpet to keep your floors clean. They have been servicing our furnace and A/C for years and I expect that will be doing so for many more.
