TERRIBLE price transparency and customer service. I was not informed of pricing before service despite asking for price then charged almost $700 for a technician to take a screwdriver to the safe to pry it open. I would not use again.

I bought 2 keys using the kiosk. 1 worked, the other didn’t. The keys were a bit on the pricey end too for what you got. Better to get it done by a real person.Edit: I have a pending refund for the key that didn’t work. Clicked the link in the email I got. I appreciate that much.

I called at 6pm and they said 30-35 minutes, they didn't show up until 9pm. I was quoted somewhere between $30-$130, when he finished the job he charged me over $400 with no warning of the price or it's increase. The keys he copied look terrible, they work for now but I don't have faith they will last after some use. When I called to complain they hung up and claimed that I had someone else out even though they are the only locksmith I called about my issue. COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT USE.
