Scottie did a phenomenal inspection. He was very upfront and professional and conducted a thorough inspection. We loved how he explained the process to a level it makes it easy for any future homeowner to understand. His wealth of knowledge and professionalism is above par and why he has been in the business for 20 years. I would recommend to anyone to give him call because he will not disappoint.

The services provided were phenomenal. He laid out his services in advance, so you knew exactly what you were getting. Scottie is able to explain the process in a way that anyone will understand which is great for a first time home buyer. During the inspection, he was very thorough and explained the process as he went. The report that was provided was just as thorough and very detailed. If you’re looking for a home inspector, Scottie must be at the top of your list.

I could not be happier with Scott! He was clear about what his inspections covered, spoke honestly about what tests were a good idea, and was thorough in his documentation. Being a first time home buyer in this fast paced (and frankly frightening) market, its so nice to have someone who is just genuinely looking out for you!
