We love this place. We have had interactions with everyone all the way up to the owner. You can definitely tell that everyone who works here genuinely cares for your dog. Our Mozzie is a Great Dane, and they handle him just as well as many of the smaller dogs that we have seem there. My wife and I have never had a bad interaction with a staff member. We moved Mozzie from another daycare near Waynesville and it's the best thing we could have done.

I come here for the pool rental. My American Staffy mix had a fibrocartilagious embolism (FCE) or spinal stroke on Halloween a couple years ago. Swimming is great exercise for him and he enjoys it. My Dalmatian comes and swims too because she's my water baby.💕
My only concern is that there is no mesh or lattice under the railing to prevent a dog from jumping or falling off the platform / runway / dock. (Now I realize that the dock diving dogs are 100% focused on the bumper and they aren't going to fall off the dock.) My dogs get toweled off after swimming and then they get the zoomies BIG time while I gather all of our stuff together.
Very affordable, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. I have been taking my dog there for over a year and he absolutely loves it. They offer a comprehensive set of additional services. I own a shiba inu and owners will understand that they aren't aways the most cooperative breed. This is the ONLY place that is able to get his nails trimmed. Not even my vet can do this. Highly recommended.
