Terrific people! I needed a pair of sunglasses repaired and they fixed my glasses in under 5 minutes. I had the repair pieces with me and they politely declined to let me pay them. Will be back!!

I’m not even a customer but I will be after this visit. I went to Eye 1 looking for help with my Rudy Project bicycle glasses. When I explained to the associate that I struggle with dizziness with my everyday progressive lenses (I bought somewhere else), she took one look at my face and said, “I think I know what’s wrong.” She adjusted the nose piece to change the fit and viola, I haven’t been dizzy since. Now THAT’S exceptional customer service!

I have purchased 3 paris of glasses from Eye 1. I've always enjoyed my visits there; whether it was for a purchase, browsing, or repairs, the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their unique eyewear. I think I'm due for a "new" pair ?!
