I’d like to extend my deepest gratitude to Eds Fence and Deck for the exceptional work and service I experienced with the replacement of an existing worn fence at the property and home that I just acquired. Ed was quick to respond, and he had great insight into the scope and challenges of the work due to his knowledge and expertise in this service area. Working with Eds Fence and Deck has been a pleasant one as their commitment to delivering quality results was displayed by their level of collaboration and communication with me as the client, their professionalism and being always concerned with the work site safety and appearance. The Team went above and beyond to coordinate timing of work with other contractors I had engaged in tree clearing and to provide my neighbors with dogs any assurances needed where the fence met their yard. I appreciated the fair and reasonable quote, handling any permits needed, coordination with utility surveyors, and estimation of timing when the work could begin. I can’t say enough of how hard the crew worked, their desire to be efficient, and the results aligned perfectly with my vision. What was most impressive was that despite encountering tough terrain, a swarm of mosquitos, and supply chain challenges, they were reliable, stayed on schedule, and they always kept the atmosphere light, stress-free and addressed any hurdle quickly. I would readily place my trust in Eds Fence and Deck in the future as they exceeded my expectations and the new fence has made a positive impact on the appearance of my property!
