I've bought a dozen or so pairs here and they have all been great! The turnaround time has been between two weeks, to an incredible 4 days once. The price is incredible and I'll keep coming back!
I went to Downtown Dayton Optical to get my glasses adjusted as they were way too loose on my face. I had ordered them online, and even though I didn’t purchase them at DDO, they adjusted them in just a couple of minutes and refused to charge me anything! What amazing people! I was totally prepared and willing to pay for an adjustment. I walked away with glasses that fit great, and a new favorite eyeglass shop! I’ll definitely be purchasing my kids’ and my glasses there from now on.
