Ok so let me start this off by saying that I am what most people call anal retentive when it comes to searching for any service provider. I can't help it - I like spreadsheets and I like to compare services (and almost any product) before I commit to buying. So - when my husband and I decided to finish out our basement, I went to work comparing prices, estimates, time to get the job done, credentials, etc of all the Dayton area contractors. Finally, I pulled the trigger and selected Dayton's Top Home Remodeling Contractors. All I can say is that next time we have a home improvement or renovation project, I'll forego the spreadsheet and just call these guys.... read full review
