Had highlights done with Brittani S. today and was extremely nervous. I have had the same person doing my hair for atleast 17 years. Due to time, I took the risk and booked with creative images. I was quite nervous but Brittani was so sweet and made me feel at ease. She did an AMAZING job and I am so happy with my hair. It isn't often that my mom and myself are BOTH happy with my hair but that was different this time. I have got so many compliments and feel like a new woman. Not only was Brittani kind and friendly, she listened, was very thorough, and explained everything. The students and staff were wonderful, very friendly and interactive with myself and my 2 children. Amy was blessing the whole time, she worked hard to find the prefect shade of pink for my 9 year old. When my 7 year old realized she wasn’t getting colored hair she was upset and Amy took her to get a snack out of the vending machine. We had a great experience!
