we had a new system installed in 2018. recently we called CJS for a problem. The tech determined there was a problem with the original install. They, without question honored their commitment to us, and fixed everything. Without charge. very pleased with service.
Been having some issues with my new unit not only did they come out today on short notice and diagnosis the problem. Part wasn't in so Michael hensely after he was home with his family. He is making sure my house is cool for the time being by bringing over 2 portable air conditioners until they can get the part. Talk about going above and beyond.
