Reviews
Ray came over and fixed some flashing on the side of our house, and did an inspection of the state of the rest of our roof. He offered multiple options for our fix, and explained the benefits/cons to each one; he is extremely honest and not one of those roofing companies that just wants you to get an entire new roof if it's not yet necessary. He has come by for other random leaks/things since then, and I'm continuously impressed at how honest and down to Earth he is. He is also so knowledgable and explains things to us in ways that we will understand (as not handy people). Thanks, Ray!
Ray, Alex, and their crew installed a new roof, removed our old insulation, and re-insulated our attic. They installed a cat walk to get through the attic without walking through the new insulation, and put a floor on our storage space up there. They noticed our bathroom fans were venting straight into the attic, so they vented them out of the roof. They pointed out some electrical concerns, covered our gables with screen, and made sure everything was safe and taken care of. Their attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and honest communication made the whole process smooth and easy. Thank you so much!
