This practice has been very helpful for our family. I dearly miss Dr Eckhardt. In the meantime, Dr Timmerman’s sing song voice has been a staple. About 2 years ago, the practice acquired Dr Heng. I have 2 children and also need vision a prescription. So, I visit this office 3x each year. Dr Heng has become my favorite provider at this office. She automatically explains everything, and is quick to understand and explain anything. Dr. Heng is an excellent provider. My son was seen for transitioning from ortho-k to soft contact lenses, and we are very pleased with the help we received from her. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she ensured that my son got the right contact lenses for his eye condition. All the staff members are friendly and respectful. This is the best place for eye care!
Dr. Heng is outstanding! I have a 7yo with ADHA and she was so patient and supportive. She took the extra time to ensure we got an accurate prescription. She also provided us with great information to help him keep his glasses on and other helpful information for me to keep in mind. The staff members were amazing and their customer service is 12/10. This will be our new family eye doctor!
