Capitol Cleaners

Brought in a government issued uniform to be cleaned. Was told it would be done the next day, and when going in to retrieve my clothing, I was told that the place it was shipped off to had an issue and my item was not returned. I had a deadline to turn in the uniform and because of this unreliability I am looking at paying $500. Never was informed my item would be shipped off somewhere. Where is my item??!!! Please spare a few dollars and go somewhere that will not lose your clothing or ship it to an unknown location. I would give this zero stars if I could.

They need to really work on their professionalism. If you don’t like your job you need to find another one. There was a middle age lady and older lady that were not nice. They also don’t tell you that they apparently send your clothes off. I would not recommend them and will not be using their services again. No wonder they are rated a 3.1

The seamstress was very rude. They wrote a note on the skirt I wanted shorten, I'm not heming this skirt. Very unprofessional if they didn't know how to shorten it, just say soService: Alterations
