I walked in and it was an eerie feeling at first because it wasn’t well lit in the service department, but I was greeted within seconds with a warm smile and an older gentleman came out and I told him Someone talked to my boss about a part and he went to get the gentleman who knew the situation and he came out with a warm smile, gave me the part (on the house as a thank you for calling) explained how to install it and Gave me a Pepsi for the road back! Genuinely nice people working in there. Definitely a great experience.

It is finally nice to go to a service and sells facility with employees and owners who know what they're talking about. Excellent skills and knowledge. Awesome customer service.

I had an air compressor that was down and had been getting bad customer service from another company. I contacted Buckeye and the owner not only discussed the problem and understood how to fix it, he offered to send me a used part for no charge! I offered several times to pay something but he wouldn't take my money for the part or for all the help he had given me. This is some of the best customer service I've seen in my 20 years in business.
