I like Doctor Micheal Bloom. I had him since I was about 2 years old. He’s nice, funny has a good personality and I have no problems with my prescriptions.😁❤
My mother had a stroke that effected her right eye. You could see that her eye was off from the other eye. Her eyes were not aligned with each other at all. She lived with double vision for about 4 months. Then her eye doctor referred her to dr bloom. First doctors appointment, he took one look and saw how miserable she was with the double vision and said surgery first thing out of his mouth. My mother's depth perception was so far off that when she would grab her drink from the table, she would miss it every time when she would feed herself She would miss her mouth every time it caused issues with walking. After having had a difficult time finding an eye doctor that 1) would take our insurance, 2) see a 4 y/o, and 3) be kid-friendly but Dr Bloom fit the ticket! He had previously worked at Dayton Children's for 25 years. He was great with my talkative, high-energy 4 y/o today at her first appointment. I was pleasantly surprised. After she flubbed through her formal eye test (it was questionable due to her getting her letters confused), the eye assistant dilated her eyes, and it only took Dr Bloom 30 seconds to pinpoint my daughter's exact vision measurement (her eyes were fine -- we were just getting a basline).
