This small business truly exceeded my expectations with the successful completion of a difficult job. The cost is well worth it. I would recommend Bio One because it seems they can do anything and are very observant and knowledgeable about a source of water intrusion by spotting roof leaks. They provided suggestions for sealing a subfloor I had not known.
I needed assistance with a hoarder situation of an older family member. It all fell in my shoulders to address. Bio hazard cleaning was needed also. They threw out large furniture pieces, treadmill, 2 trailers of trash. Bio-one staff was amazing. I was overwhelmed, embarrassed for my family member. They made me feel at ease with situation. There were some shocking things discovered during the cleaning. The staff made it seem normal. They actually made this task somewhat fun by the end. They offered much encouragement.
