They charge way below market value for rent, maintenence comes when called, the owner is super nice, and we got our FULL deposit back when we moved out after 3 years (we did deep clean the place ourselves, but the paint did need touch ups and there was some obvious wear-and-tear that we weren't billed for).Overall, a great experience, especially compared to all the slum-lord horror stories in the area.
