Apex did a FANTASTIC job with our roof and gutter repairs after the 2017 tornado in Beavercreek, Ohio. Zack (Apex) went to battle for us, showed a second adjuster the damage the first adjuster didn’t note which ultimately led to our insurance company approving the claim.
Flash forward to 2025, we thought we had developed a small roof leak adjacent to a cooling vent in our second floor ceiling. He took the time to present a comprehensive evaluation of the situation, and to explain it to me in layman's terms. Work was completed in the time frame expected.
