We bought a Fischer home and aesthetically it’s beautiful. Be careful as we have had several issues that we have had to pay to adjust or fix. The HVAC was undersized and should’ve two zones for a split level - we had a new system installed and they also found other issues with things not being properly installed. There is a golf ball lodged in the outside drain (landed there prior to final installation) so now we will need to have it dug up or cleaned out each year to prevent backups. The garage door would randomly open due to a bad motherboard so we had to use that replaced. Amazing quiet area. Peaceful out here in the country. I grew up here so my life before the start of the subdivisions. Around Christmas, there was a rainbow and one of it's ends was just beyond our back yard in the field. We had to walk out to it. We literally found a small hard drive laying in the field where the rainbow ends. After plugging it into a computer, we found a little over 3 Bitcoin. Crazy coincidence. I know.. we're gonna contact the land owner and see if they may have dropped the drive
