Had our roof and siding replaced in 2016. Great job on that.
Came out in April of 2026 to replace a couple storm damaged shingles and to fix the gutter. Did the roof repair, was told they didn't have the bracket on the truck for the gutter repair. 6 weeks later, still waiting. I called the office once or twice a week. Same response. Still on the list.
UPDATE:
After giving a review on Thursday the gutter repair was completed on Friday. Not sure if they came Friday because of the review or not but we're happy it's repaired. Thank you for your response Bill and the Weatherseal team. I'll give you 4 stars.
As a a new customer from a little town in Northeast Ohio, usually I reserve my review until after I have received my services. However, I would like to take a moment to comment on the customer service that was exhibited to me by Scott. When Scott came to our home he spoke with us with regard to product and services. It was a great conversation that took some time. During Scott’s visit, our son who is a teenager was quietly sitting in the family room working on his schoolwork. Scott got up from the table from where he was sitting and went and introduced himself and asked him about his school work and the computer and processor that he was using and engaged in conversation....read full review
We had a new roof and siding put on the house. The pricing was competitive, the correspondance and updates timely, it looks fantastic and I was especially grateful to Scott, the sales rep. He was very informative, honest and took his time to make sure we knew what we were getting and to answer all of our questions. He also let us take our time while picking out material, and showed us what the house would look like when finished based on our choices and was patient and friendly while we looked at our options.
