I chose Special Touch because they had the best price for a single room. I should have read the reviews before I hired them. They sent one guy to do my 12 x 24 living room and boy was he in a hurry. He was in and out in 30 minutes flat and it looks hurried. I don't know what he was spraying but it smelled great but apparently not much cleaning effect. It looked nice while it was wet and had the brush lines in it, but after it dried and I vacuumed it, I had to spot clean about 10 areas. The carpet is only 5 years old and it doesn't look a whole lot better than before he got here. You get what you pay for and I didn't get much.
