I chose Special Touch because they had the best price for a single room. I should have read the reviews before I hired them. They sent one guy to do my 12 x 24 living room and boy was he in a hurry. He was in and out in 30 minutes flat and it looks hurried. I don't know what he was spraying but it smelled great but apparently not much cleaning effect. It looked nice while it was wet and had the brush lines in it, but after it dried and I vacuumed it, I had to spot clean about 10 areas. The carpet is only 5 years old and it doesn't look a whole lot better than before he got here. You get what you pay for and I didn't get much. Special Touch was recommended to me by a friend. I am glad I called them. The technician's that did the work were both very professional and did a great job. Before they were completely done I could tell a difference. Will be calling again in the future

My previous carpet cleaner retired. Glad i found these guys, it's been a great experience working special touch - better than my original guy. I plan on calling them back for my spring cleaning.
