My vacuum had a faulty power cord. They not only replaced the cord but they also replaced the filters and cleaned the machine thoroughly. There is a 1 year warranty on the replaced parts and they would have my business if I never needed any maintenance in the future.

What an amazing experience! Mr. Toth the owner and inventor, answered all of our questions and then some! We ended up buying the entire Healthy Home Package including the Riccar Vacuum, The Safe Air Ultra, The Eco Washer, and even went back and purchased the Ultra 3 In 1 Infrared Heater combination product. Everything worked as promised. We would recommend The Toth Inventor Stores to everyone!
