I had my first massage with Savannah this week to treat a weightlifting injury and neck stiffness. The muscles she worked on feel looser than ever, even days later. What a pro with a healing touch!
Wish I could give 6 stars. 8 weeks post op shoulder surgery and could not get my muscles loose with PT. The next day I had almost no pain which was a miracle and I was able to do things without getting the muscles tight right away. She really understands how to manipulate and massage the correct muscles. Highly recommend!
I have gone to Savannah for years and she’s always been extremely helpful in keeping me feeling good during all the things I put my body through, work, marathon training, weight lifting, all of it! I have had massages from others and I have yet to find anyone that does a better job than Sav!
