We had a hot water tank go out & naturally needed it replaced quickly. The serviceman came out in a timely manner & in spite of it being in a hard to get to location, he had the old one out & the new one in pretty quickly! He was very fastidious in reassymbling all the gas lines. He did an incredible job, was very professional & the company was very good and about keeping me abreast of his arrival. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again should any plumbing problem arise!
Very happy with supervisor David. We are having toilet issues once again (twice in two years) and we called Roto-Rooter. The first plumber who came out was on-time and nice, but he essentially told us it was a mystery and wanted to charge us a ton of money to just remove the toilet and wouldn’t really give us a clear answer. David, the supervisor, however, was nearby and just thought to stop by to see if he could help the other plumber in anyway. The other guy had already left but David came in and looked at our toilet regardless, giving us some advice and he was very encouraging to us (we’re a young couple in our 20s)! David was awesome! Matt and his partner where awesome, great customer service and friendly, explained everything well throughout while process, , went the extra to make sure everything was done properly and informed every step of the way, the first plumbers that came out where also great, friendly, hardworking and tried everything to fix the problem,as a contractor myself I highly recommend there company and employees and will definitely use there services again if needed, 5 star company and employees
