I love the ladies at the office and Dr Mcgrievy is awesome. I hate that if you call billing or scheduling they have like one person working and it takes forever to get ahold of someone. Tried to call for birth control and the lady I needed to talk to was out of office, they didn’t have anyone else covering, so I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks, guess who’s pregnant now and is waiting who knows how long for an initial appointment to be scheduled for that.
Dr. Vanbeek is INCREDIBLE! I’ve followed her birth prep twice and have always trusted her whole heartedly during my pregnancies. I’ve had wonderful pregnancies and births.
Wanted a surprise for the gender and they said 2 weeks for blood work. Sent in a urine culture also. After 1 week I had results in my portal thought it was urine results bc the timeframe, opened and saw the gender right away. Without Dad so I cried in the store alone…. Got a call 3-4 days later saying “don’t look at it if you don’t want to know gender”
just really disappointed
