This place does have staff that will provide security & trust as well as empathy & care for your loved one. The management staff have been helpful & polite. Some of the staff have worked at this agency for many years. I say overall this place has been a great home care agency.I recommend if your looking for home care services for your loved one to definitely give this place a try.
Provided home care for both of my parents. Both home care workers did a great job. Arrived on time, communicated well, and were very kind to my parents. They were a great fit. I highly recommend Midwest!
As an employee of Midwest Home Care, I would recommend working for this company to nurses and caregivers. They provide an excellent environment where team work is a high priority. The amount of work put in by everyone to go above and beyond for the clients is amazing!
