I'm an older guy and this gym is perfect for me. It has a wonderful pool and I never have to wait to swim. I got the greatest personal service from Drew Matak, the manager. I was limping and he noticed it and asked what the problem was. He took the time to hear my knees history. I wanted to avoid surgery. He set me up with Rachel as a physical Therapist. I was astounded by how well my knee responded. I'm still doing well and no surgery, thank goodness. Everyone there is as friendly as can be. I highly recommend this gym.

Very Nice Facility! The staff is friendly & helpful. It would be great if there was a steam room. The sauna is nice, locker room is clean, and the pool isn't used often so there's always a swimming lane available. The Hot Tub was out of service, and someone said that happens often?
