Very Nice Facility! The staff is friendly & helpful. It would be great if there was a steam room. The sauna is nice, locker room is clean, and the pool isn't used often so there's always a swimming lane available. The Hot Tub was out of service, and someone said that happens often?

Amazing people, very clean and organized loved the front desk staff very helpful and great resources like body comp testing and even free personal training sessions when you get started !!

I want to be clear that the overall facility and workout equipment at LA Fitness meet expectations and give you a solid environment for training. But, there is a noticeable issue with professionalism among some staff members. Subtle, indirect mocking and disrespectful behavior (whether intentional or not)creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that detracts from what should be a focused and respectful space.

I come to the gym seeking not just physical improvement, but also peace of mind and a sense of discipline. When staff contribute to an environment that feels dismissive or unprofessional, it “undermines” that purpose. Unfortunately, this type of behavior is too common in franchise-style establishments where standards for conduct are not consistently enforced.

I expect a higher level of professionalism from individuals representing the brand. Respect, discretion, and maturity should be baseline expectations, not exceptions. Addressing this issue would go a long way toward aligning the member experience with the quality of the facility itself.

My main gym; love the variety of equipment, sauna, pool, hot tub & racquet ball courts.

This gym is the perfect place to be no matter your goals. From their solid equipment to their luxury amenities, you can’t top this gym! Their monthly fee is low considering all the benefits that come with the membership. Their monthly fee juice bar is an amazing addition to help members reach their goals. There’s a GNC right next door which is perfect to restock on supplements right before a work out. Caleb showed me the entire facility, he was very kind and knowledgeable!

Very friendly staff; however, it always seems like one of the pieces of equipment is broken or something is shut down. I understand the need for maintenance from time to time, but there have been very few days when everything was fully operational.
