I have seen Dr. Sookoo here for years and she’s the best. Not only her dentistry skills but her personality and bed side manner. She actually listens and treats me with respect. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me as I usually need extra things done other than the reason I’m there (I inherited bad teeth) and she always helps me. She even met me there on a Saturday when they were closed to fix my front tooth that I accidentally broke. Who does that!? There aren’t enough good things I can say about her. Thank you Doc! Absolutely amazing dentist and team- i was told by 2 other dentists that I would have to have most of my teeth extracted and have either implants (too expensive) or partials. Thankfully I had a 3rd opinion by Dr. Folatko, and she said simple restoration would work. I have never been so pleased- - my teeth have not looked this gorgeous since I was in my early 20's (you know, before life happened.) Quick (2 visits, 1 top and 1 bottom) painless and affordable to top it off. My only regret is not finding this practice sooner.
I switched to Dr. Folatko's practice a number of years ago after a couple of bad years with my previous dentist. Since then, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone at this practice.
The front desk staff are efficient and polite, and I've never had a scheduling issue (something that's incredibly rare for dental practices!). Drs. Folatko and Sookoo are kind, professional, and straightforward, and the hygienists are all delightful and knowledgable. They always make sure I'm comfortable and address all of my concerns with care.
