1976 Summers Ave, Streetsboro“Everything is right with J & B. I called Thanksgiving weekend about service on my washer and left a message. I received a call back Monday at 8 a.m. Rick came out Wednesday on time at 8 a.m. I had received a text the night before confirming the appointment, and a text that morning that the tech was on his way. I like that! Rick diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts, and I paid the service fee by check. Following the same procedure, he and Mike arrived at 8 a.m. the next Monday and installed the parts. Then they checked the circuit board. Nothing. Rick gave me a price for the board, including the parts he had just installed. I decided for that cost I could buy a new washer. The techs were very kind, agreeing, and charged me only for the service, which I'd already paid. They did remove the new parts to return. Note to self: If the washer is so off balanced that it "walks" several inches, get it checked out now. That rattling/walking can loosen other parts.“

The heating element in my dryer was broken but Aaron checked that the rest of the circuit was working before replacing the part. While replacing the heating element isn't all that difficult, Aaron insisted on cleaning out the glop that accumulated inside the dryer after several years use and filled a small trash can. He also checked the drum drive belt and idler wheel. As I said, he's thorough.I highly recommend My Hero Appliance Repair if you need an appliance repaired. Aaron knows his stuff and his rates are reasonable for the quality of service.“

Needed a new drain pump. Called and found the part. Came back the next week and fixed it. Would definitely recommend them. Great job Mr Appliance ?“

He was very professional and got our cooler running within 2 hours. Very pleased. We used them for the first time and will definitely be using them again (if something happens). Thank you“

Thank you!Their repair fees are very reasonable and fair. Plus, they pick-up and deliver.Don't hesitate to call them!“
“My vacuum had a faulty power cord. They not only replaced the cord but they also replaced the filters and cleaned the machine thoroughly. There is a 1 year warranty on the replaced parts and they would have my business if I never needed any maintenance in the future.“
