Received a suspicious diagnosis during a routine furnace inspection from a different company and wanted to get a second opinion before we had to make the investment in a new furnace. They were able to send someone out same day within just a few hours of our call. The technician, Sar, was great! Our instincts were right. He explained what the other diagnosis would have looked like if it were true, explained what he was doing to fix it, and answered ALL of our questions thoroughly. He did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning up, too. Very impressed with his service and we will be utilizing Falls Heating & Cooling (and requesting Sar!) for our future HVAC needs.

From start to finish of my new A/C unit the company has been great. Zero pressure sales consultant, office was excellent and patient with my questions making financing a breeze. The installers were professional, on time and did an excellent job. I am actually excited to run the air this summer!
