I was referred to David Eye Center by my Primary Care physician whom I trust. My initial interaction includes to two office visits, the first was testing the second was a consultation with the team and surgeon. I'll return in a month or two with a final update but so far my experiences has been fantastic! Great* faculty, front office staff are friendly, helpful and efficient! The location is convenient (about half way between Rt8 and State Rd on Graham Rd in Cuyahoga Falls (North side of the road). I also noticed that the staff employees seemed upbeat and engaged, that's ALWAYS a good sign!
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The doctor was incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my eye health was their top priority. The optical staff went above and beyond by ordering two different frames specifically for me to try on before I made a decision. That level of personalized service is rare and truly appreciated. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and customer service!
