I had a really great experience with Dr. Ali at Americas Best. She is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely caring. I brought my mom in, who has several health concerns, and Dr. Ali took the time to explain everything, especially her cataracts, in a way that was simple and easy to understand. She made sure my mom felt comfortable and never rushed at any point during the visit.
I also brought my kids in afterward, and it was clear how great she is with all age groups. She is very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.
The staff at this location was just as wonderful. Faye at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the opticians were very helpful in guiding us to the right frames and lens options without any pressure.
Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. I honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews because everyone at this location was kind and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for eye care.

AMERICAS BEST AS A WHOLE HAS WENT DOWN .THE EYE DOCTOR AT THIS HOWE AVE SEEM TO BE VERY INCOMPETENT. FAYE AT THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE, NOBODY EVER SEEMS TO BE ON THE SAME ACCORD WITH PATIENT CARE, THIS PLACE IS JUST GOD AWFUL CANT WAIT TO THIS LOCATION CLOSE LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE AREA

Very pleasant visit from the beginning to end. The doctor was thorough with the exam and the technician was great with the eyeglasses!

Kris was amazing. She was busy and had to handle an elderly grouchy gentleman who thought he should jump the line. She handled it with grace, ease and extraordinary customer service. She is fantastic! Whatever she is getting paid, it is not enough. She was honest about what was appropriate fitted glasses for my face. Class ACT! Love her!

The new employees are atrocious! The lady tried to tell me I couldn’t buy my contacts. Claimed last time I was in was in May 25…ok…and? My prescription is good for a year. Wouldn’t let me buy them. I didn’t want to deal with it and left and sat there thinking no she’s absolutely wrong and went back in. I HAD TO TELL HER HOW TO DO HER JOB!!! and all she says was “sorry I must have missed that” HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE IS SHE DOING THIS TO? HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE IS SHE FALSELY TELLING THEY NEED EXAMS AND DONT. SHES TRYING TO SCAN PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE SHE CANT OPEN HER EYES AND READ A SCREEN PROPERLY. Never again. Absolutely done with this location which is sad because it was my favorite.
