Rachael was awesome. She was thorough with my hair and even gave me good advice on how to take care of my scalp problems. She was nice and made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and able to just chit chat. I normally don't talk much at salons because I don't feel so comfortable being social. But she really put me at ease.
